Naming Convention

• Variant SKU = different specs under same product listing
• Format: {MODEL}-{RAM}{ROM}G + additional codes

  • Example: D1PRO-416G-N = Model D1Pro, 4GB RAM, 16GB ROM, variant N

SKU Types

• Products that keep stock — fast lead time, order locally
• Pre-Order (no keep stock) — long lead time items
• Retiring/Not selling — clearing existing stock

Product vs Variant vs SKU

• Product: Has its own listing on marketplace (Shopee/Lazada)
• Variant: Different options under same listing (saves cost, increases sales)
• SKU: Actual unit-level tracking code for inventory
