Mipos workplace conduct guidelines — personal hygiene, office environment, equipment use, and confidentiality

Workplace Conduct | 员工办公行为规范

The company encourages all employees to maintain physical and mental well-being and uphold a positive corporate image.


Personal Hygiene | 个人卫生

  1. Hair: Keep hair clean and well-groomed.
  2. Appearance: Men should maintain a clean-shaven look (e.g., regular shaving). Women should maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  3. Nails: Men should keep nails clean. Women should avoid excessively extravagant nail art.
  4. Clothing: Dress simply and modestly — no sleeveless tops or shorts.
  5. Manners: Avoid any ungraceful habits (e.g., picking ears, nose, toes) in the workplace.

Office & Warehouse Environment | 办公室及工厂环境

  1. Keep desks, pantry, and restrooms clean and tidy.
  2. Do not leave food containers, food waste, or beverage packaging in the pantry area.
  3. Clean your office space regularly; ensure all facilities and equipment are in working order.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the office and warehouse — including e-cigarettes.
  5. The last person to leave must check all power switches and lock all doors and windows.
  6. Do not allow strangers to enter the office premises.

Company Equipment & Assets | 保护公司资产

The company provides work equipment including computers, monitors, printers, stationery, memory cards, hard drives, etc.

  1. Employees are responsible for the care of assigned equipment. Compensation is required for any loss or damage.
  2. After using shared stationery, return items to their original location to prevent loss.
  3. Do not duplicate office keys, and never hand them to anyone outside the company.

Confidentiality Agreement | 保密协议

  1. All employees must comply with the company's confidentiality obligations. Unauthorized disclosure of business secrets to any third party is prohibited.

  2. Business secrets include but are not limited to:

    • Sales data, revenue figures, gross margins
    • Product information, costs, pricing, profit margins, supplier details
    • Salary information, bonus schemes, organizational charts, contact lists
    • Training materials, operating manuals, technical data, databases, software, drawings
    • Business correspondence, investment plans, partnership plans, customer data, customer lists
    • Marketing plans, pricing policies, procurement data, supplier lists
    • Non-public financial data
  3. Business secrets may be stored in electronic or printed formats.

  4. Employees must fulfil their confidentiality obligations during employment — properly safeguard all work materials, records, files, and trade secrets.

  5. Before leaving the company, employees must hand over all business documents and data.


The company reserves the right to amend this handbook at any time. All changes will be communicated to employees.
